  1. It's of boneless raw fish (tilapia/swordfish).
  2. It's of raw shrimp.

  4. You need of lemon.
  5. It's of medium size tomato (cut in small pieces).
  6. Prepare of jalapeño (minced).
  7. Prepare of medium size red onion (cut in small pieces).
  8. Prepare of avocado (cut in small cubes).
  9. You need of / cup minced cilantro.
  10. It's of Salt.

  12. You need of Serrano pepper (minced) optional.

Fish and Shrimp Ceviche instructions

  1. Cut fish and shrimp in cubes. Put in a large size bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime and lemon and mix with the fish and shrimp in the bowl. Make sure that the seafoods are fully covered. You can add more lime to do so..
  3. Add the onions. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours. The seafoods will be cooked in lime. It will change the color..
