  10. Prepare of Freshly Grated cheese.

  12. It's of cooking oil.
  13. It's of lemon juice.

Dad's Avocado Veggie Sandwich step by step

  1. Peel and mash the avacado in a bowl..
  2. In an other bowl mix all the other veggies..
  3. Pre heat the pan /griddle or Tawa. Grease it with oil and Place a slice of bread and toast it. You can use toaster as well..
  4. Flip to other side and toast till turn golden..
  5. Apply mashed avacado on it evenly. Spread a layer of veggies on it one after another..
  6. Sprinkle coriander leaves, kosher salt, chilli flakes and a few drops of Lime juice..
  7. You can grate cheese as well. I have used vegan cheese..
  8. Enjoy it as open sandwich or you can choose another slice to make club sandwich..
