2. Prepare of Baking cacao powder (enough to cover your entire egg).
3. Prepare slices of (10) Candied orange.
4. It's of Nutrition Yeast (a sprinkle).

1. Separate egg. (Keep the yolk)..
2. Beat that egg white!!.
3. Heat nonstick skillet with enough oil to lightly cover the pan. (You can use butter if you want).
4. Add egg white mixture in 1 large heap..
5. Cook until the bottom is golden. (You should be able to tell by the edges. If they look firm and kinda golden, you should be good. 👍🏽).
6. Add egg yolk on top of your cloud of egg white. If you broke the yolk just beat it in a bowl and then drizzle on top of your egg white while it cooks..
7. Sprinkle some nutritional yeast..
8. When cooked to your liking remove from heat and plate..
